Longest noodle - world record set by Italian Chefs
MELFI, Italy--Chefs in Melfi, Italy, led by chef Antonio Zazzerini, have created a single noodle more than 100 metres long to celebrate the region's annual chestnut festival
- setting the new world record for the Longest noodle.

The World's Longest Noodle was created using 130 kilos of chestnut flour.
"It took all day to create but about five minutes to eat because so many people came to watch us break the record," said head chef Antonio Zazzerini.
Guinness World Records recognized The Longest (Chinese) Noodle made by Chef Li Enhai: a 2,852-km-long Chinese noodle made with one kg of flour.
The Guinness World Record for the Longest Spaghetti was set by Canadian Chefs at Corso Italia Toronto Fiesta, with a 503 feet (160 metres) spaghetti noodle.
